Overview
HVAC is the centre of Al Reef’s MEP work. Our site teams install chilled-water pipework, ducting and HVAC equipment, either as the MEP contractor or as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors and MEP firms.
Projects in our company profile include CHW piping at Reem Mall, AYKON City Tower and the MISMAK complex, and HVAC installation at Paragon Bay Mall.
Supply and return pipework for chilled-water systems, installed and supported to the project drawings.
Duct runs installed and coordinated with the other services in the ceiling void, including aluminum-clad ductwork where specified.
Installation of HVAC systems and equipment within the building services programme.
Work sequenced with plumbing, fire fighting and electrical trades to keep ceiling voids and risers workable.
CHW piping is the most frequent scope in our project records: Reem Mall, AYKON City Tower, the MISMAK complex, Majestine Hotel and Mushrif Mall. We install CHW pipework within the overall MEP programme and agree routes with the other services.
Ducting is part of our recorded scope at Majestine Hotel in Dubai, and aluminum-clad ducting at Mushrif Mall in Abu Dhabi.
HVAC installation is recorded at Paragon Bay Mall on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, for ENTIRE Tech. Ser. LLC, listed as completed in the profile.
